Freedom of a Ship

"Not to worry, love. Jack'll show you the ropes, savvy? Pretty soon you'll be unstoppable with a blade. If of coarse, you want to learn." Jack said, pushing open his cabin door.

She slipped in and nodded.

"I want all the experiences a pirate does" she said.

She sat down on the chair near the desk and smiled at him.

Jack sat at the desk and raised his legs to rest on top of it. He grinned."Well, then, you'll have it, Love. When would you like to start said experiences?"

She shrugged.

"Whenever they are throw upon me?" she said not really sure.

"How about after dark, we travel to this small island I know of in a small, two man boat and teach you the way of swords under the light of the moon, eh? That way no one would get in our way."Jack explained.

She bit her lip and she clapped her hands in excitement.

"That would be amazing Jack" she sighed dreamily. "Under the moonlight"

Jack grinned and leaned in."Then that's what we'll do, Love. Tonight you take your first steps into being a pirate."

She smiled and blushed slightly.

"I'd love that Captain" she said softly leaning in.

Jack noticed her moving in and leaned closer to kiss her, before she could react with a burning passion.

She squeaked and her eyes fluttered close letting herself relax into the new sensation. She shivered slightly and wondering what to do, she just copied him.

Wow was all she could think of.

After a long few minutes, he pulled back, stared into her eyes, then went back in for a longer kiss.

She was left in a daze and before she could say anything she was pulling into another kiss. She lifted her hand to his cheek and after a while pulled back needing breath.

"Jack"She rasped out

Jack grinned at her reaction."Yes? What is it, Love?" He asked, his face inches away.

She was still in a daze but she looked at his lips then turning her gaze back to his eyes.

"That's...that was unexpected" she whispered.

She whispered for the fact that this moment could be broken at any moment.

"Only as unexpected as any aspect of my life...but certainly the most enjoyable, Love. Expect the unexpected. Even if it is something you'd never expect to be unexpected, still expect it." He replied.

She giggled softly and nodded.

"I must say" she said with a small glint in her eye "That was the best unexpected event in my life...so far that is Captain"

Oh, he's good

"Well, with the future over the horrizon, more unexpected things could happen...or expected...but the future is always uncertain, leaving mostly everything to be unexpected. So...here's to the future of the unexpected expected."He said with a toast and downed a sip of rum.

She blinked suddenly he had confused her.

"Right....." she said and pulled back leaning against the chair.

She wondered if he toasted for anything as long as it meant a drink.....she thought that was correct.

Jack looked out the window from his seat and realized it was after dark. "Ah, it's time to begin your new life as a pirate. Ready when you are, Love." He said, standing up.

She got up and nodded.

"Anything you say Captain" she said.

She was excited yet nervous at the prospect of either her success of her failure. She walked out of the Captain's cabin and walked on the deck.

Jack followed her out then quietly opened up the deck hatch to the armory. He motioned Angel to stay quiet and moved down to the armory door and grabbed and extra sword and pistol. He then made his way back up to deck at led her to the escape boats. He pulled the rope, raising the boat up and lowered it down to the water using a crank. He then whispered to her. "Ladies first."

"Thank you" she whispered.

She tentatively got on the boat. She clung to the sides slightly frightened. She definitely was not used to sneaking out, but it was exciting she admitted.

Jack dove down into the water and climbed into the boat. He used the ores to start paddling the boat toward a small island.

She curled seeing him dive into the water. She saw him rise out and as he rowed the boat, she looked at the island they were headed to. It seemed awfully deserted but she thanked the moonlight that made everything slightly clearer.

Upon arriving, Jack stepped out. "Nice night, eh?" He asked, handing her a sword.
